Turning Chaos into Beauty化混乱为美丽
In my opinion, beauty in the shot is a harmonic total of numerous elements, such as plot, model, clothing, accessories, color, light, movement, visual accents, and a lot more... Even though these elements normally don’t interact in real life, they have to make up an ideal puzzle, a completed picture that will trigger a particular emotion.
Beauty is hard to understand – it has to be felt. The most challenging part of the photoshoot is to technically implement and skillfully convey beauty, harmony, and aesthetics... Sometimes, before taking the first photo, it takes me a couple of hours to create this very beauty in the shot... I can move furniture, shift accessories from place to place, change the model’s clothing, look for a better pose, or emotion, change a shooting angle, etc.
Only when I see that all the elements in the shot match perfectly, do I take the first photo? Of course, things don’t always run smoothly, and photos don’t always come out as desired. Sometimes, there’s a need to repeat the photoshoot if something initially went wrong. Yet, whatever the photo set is, it’s a short period of time when I feel like a creator.
在我看来，镜头中的美是众多元素的和谐总和，比如情节、模型、服装、配饰、颜色、光线、动作、视觉强调等等……尽管这些元素通常不会相互作用在现实生活中，他们必须拼出一个理想的拼图，一张完整的图画，从而引发特定的情感。
美很难理解——它必须被感受。拍摄中最具挑战性的部分是在技术上实现并巧妙地传达美感、和谐、美感……有时，在拍摄第一张照片之前，我需要几个小时才能在镜头中创造出这种美感……我可以移动家具、将配件从一个地方转移到另一个地方、改变模特的服装、寻找更好的姿势、情绪、改变拍摄角度等。
只有当我看到照片中的所有元素都完美匹配时，我才会拍摄第一张照片。当然，事情并不总是一帆风顺，照片也并不总是如愿。有时，如果最初出现问题，则需要重新拍摄照片。然而，无论照片集是什么，这都是一段很短的时间，让我感觉自己像一个创作者。
