In Memory of DavidIn Memory of David
David didn’t discover his signature style right away. It wasn’t until 2013 that he realized how deeply he was drawn to vintage aesthetics – photography inspired by the Soviet era and even earlier times. David spent his childhood in the Soviet Union. He once wrote: “It was a happy time, and the memories of it are some of the warmest and dearest I have. One of my earliest memories is tied to the street where we lived. Every time I drive down that street, memories come rushing back… How we ran around as little kids, playing war and hide-and-seek, scraping our knees riding bikes. Our home was always full of friends and family, gathered around a big table, talking only about the good things and singing songs that truly touched the soul.”
